While looking for demonstrations of the proper form for the “Royal Court” exercises as taught by Matt Furey in his book Combat Conditioning: Functional Exercises for Fitness and Combat Sports, I came across the following site:
The site discusses the three Royal Court exercises (Hindu squats, Hindu pushups, and bridging) and provides well-done video demonstrations of the exercises. If you’re interested in incorporating the Royal Court exercises into your daily workout and are unwilling to purchase Furey’s Combat Conditioning DVDs, visiting the Power-Fitness site is worthwhile.
